I had a similar thought, I was on the first GA release of 5.x - I've upgraded to 5.0.7 and now I have the fields that your picture shows.

    Thanks!

OK, so I'm trying to run the steps listed in this post but I'm having absolutely no luck. I feel at this point like I've tried to do anything. If I run command one I get:
keytool -list -keystore /opt/zimbra/mailboxd/etc/keystore -storepass 'zmlocalconfig -s -m nokey mailboxd_keystore_password'
keytool error: java.io.IOException: Keystore was tampered with, or password was incorrect

I just spent an hour trying to figure this out trying every cert combination and pulling my hair out. Glad I finally found your post. Clicking "All servers" worked for me with the following files for me. Go figure.

    server.crt
    gd-class2-root.crt
    gd_cross_intermediate.crt
    gd_intermediate_bundle.crt

    Hah!

This worked for my SBS Instant Certificate... All I needed to do was "INstall on all server" like you guys said.

It seemed wrong to me because that seemed like a wildcard certificate thing.. but... it works.

    Thanks!
