Release 5.0.6_GA_2314.RHEL4_20080522092131 RHEL4 NETWORK edition

I've got a similar problem. All my database tables are OK (I followed the procedure to fix them - a couple were corrupt, but they all check out now) and the commands to generate graphs complete without errors (zmlogprocess and zmgengraphs). The logger process (and all the others) look to be running fine.

The whole system seems to be otherwise working fine, but all my graphs are blank (the one exception being Message Volume: 365 days which shows data up to February and then nothing after that).

Session and Mailbox Quota tabs work fine and, after I run zmgengraphs, I can see the files generated in /opt/zimbra/logger/db/work. The empty graphs are current (i.e. the x-axis runs up to now).

I repaired the database tables yesterday morning, then restarting Zimbra yesterday evening, so I'd expect to be seeing data on the graphs by now. It's a reasonably busy system, with a few thousand emails a day passing through.
