[SOLVED] "zimbra" user password change.

Dear Sir,

I am using zcs 5.0.5. & I have changed "root" password. But, "zimbra" user password is unknown.

During zcs installation,i didn't get any screen to ask zimbra password. Through zcs web admin console,i m also not getting any password change information for "zimbra" user.

So,could you please tell me that "Can We Change zimbra user password"? & If Yes, Tell me the method.

I have root access of zcs installed linux PC. So,Can i change "zimbra" password by using root account?

You do not need to change the password for the Zimbra user.

i have a similar problem... i'm trying to do the 'CLI zmtlsctl to set Web Server Mode' and it requires that I be user 'ZIMBRA'

only problem is that i don't have the password for user ZIMBRA, and even if I do a 'sudo zmtlsctl https' - i get the 'you have to be user ZIMBRA' error.

help pls.
