Are you saying the redirect http>https not working? or do you get no response from http/80 at all?

The first guess would be port 80 blocked in a FW (other device or same box?), a NAT configured improperly, or somehow not listening on * but I would expect you to remember setting https different then re adding your split dns public & private IP's to it.

At office internal LAN, the http->https works. But outside LAN, it didn't. I better to check if the port 80 is being blocked. Thanks anyway
