The error message ssems quite clear, Cleartext logins are disabled and Port 110 isn't the 'POP over SSL' port and for the Error Number: outlook Error Number: 0x800CCC91 - Yahoo! Search Results

In the account configuration screen for outlook and outlook express, go to the advanced tab and check the box that says use SSL. It will automatically change the POP3 port to 995. For your SMTP port, it will stay at port 25. This is not the default SSL port, which is 465, but if your servers firewall is open on port 25, it will connect using SSL. If not, change the SMTP port to 465.

Outlook is working without assigning 465 port in Outlook Express.SMTP is using 25 for outgoing mails.

Thanks.Closing this Query.It is Solved.
