how to backup / restore whole users , their mails, and other belongings such as calender, address book in zimbra.

i am asking how to backup / restore the whole things in zimbra.

There are a couple of ways you can do it if you are an admin you can backup and restore accounts via the admin user. If you are not the admin there are a couple ways you can do it you can either load your zimbra to another account IE Outlook and then make a pst of your whole e-mail account.
