    Question How to restrict the outgoing email?

    the (recipient/cc/bcc)'s address must include at least 1 local email address: xxx@mydomain.com
    and then, this email will be sent.

    if the (recipient/cc/bcc)'s address no include the xxx@mydomain.com, this email will be block.
