How to take mail backups in zimbra?

I have just installed zcs 5.0 Open Source Edition successfully.

I have installed zimbra on a XEON based RACK Server,having 8 GB of RAM & High End Motherboard.

Now,I would like to ask you a question that To take prevention of my user mails,How to take backup of Zimbra Mail Server?

Please help me.
