Restrict users to access webmail

Hi guys i have to restrict web access to certain users, well i achieve this by restricting all functions on the functions tab at COS, so the loading page stills there forever and the user can't use any features, but if he choose the standar client, he can access to the calendar and preferences, is there a way to restrict all access to webmail? thanks any help
