I can make a manual backup of a mailbox?

I need to know if I can export direct from server all mails in .pst file. I this moment all users use ZimbraDesktop, and some of them want to make a personal backup of all mails/contacts/Calendar.

I use the automatically backup script but I discuss with someone and he told me that this script don't work correct for ZCS 5.x.x (was created for version 4.x.x)

Now, there is a sollution to make this manual backup without Outlook? Also 1 time per week i stop zimbra services (zmcontrol stop) and copy all zimbra folder to another disk!

Any sollution?
