Default Multi site - multi servers Update

Hi folks.

We have 4 servers on 4.5.10-GA Debian 3.1 installed on different site.
we have one master ldap - mailbox - mta , and 3 slave ldap - mailbox - mta.
all have the same versions.

I tried to attached the 5th one on 4.5.10_GA_1575.DEBIAN3.1 DEBIAN3.1 FOSS edition slave ldap and upgrade to 5.0.5_GA_2201.DEBIAN4.0 DEBIAN4.0 FOSS edition. unfortunately .. all go well untill some java error cause the master ldap is different as the slave ldap(after upgrade).
Jetty is on, but no admin interface, no webmail.

HTTP ERROR: 404

NOT_FOUND

RequestURI=/

Powered by jetty://

I'm wondering toknow how to migrate all the server to 5.0.5 ( and of course after upgrade our debian 3.1 to Debian 4 etch) ,

we have 250 physically user, around 300 alias, and 50 distribution list.
each mailbox is around 3 G.

What is the right way to upgrade the system without losing anything ?

thanks for you replies....
thanks for your help....
