    Default [SOLVED] zimbra_logger.mta_aggregate has 0 records

    I have a problem with statistics page in admin web console.
    It do not show any statisticts.
    I think it may be related to empty tables I can see by logmysql in zimbra_logger database. It has only 2 tables populated, config with 1 record and raw_logs with 1166384 records. Tables amavis, amavis_aggregate, disk_aggregate, disk_status, mta, mta_aggregate, processing_history and service_status are empty since upgrade to zimbra-5.0.6.
    How can I fix this problem?

    Yea... I have the same thing... Zimbra support has been less than what I expected. I haven't had stats on over 9 months. I've PM'd, posted what has been requested in threads and gotten nothing for support. Almost makes me want to run my email hosting with Exchange. At least they respond.

    Have you tried to re-initialize the logger db?

    su - zimbra

    zmloggerctl stop

    mv /opt/zimbra/logger/db /opt/zimbra/logger/db-old (you can even delete it)

    source /opt/zimbra/bin/zmshutil

    zmsetvars

    Make sure no process of mysql are runnning.

    /opt/zimbra/libexec/zmloggerinit ${mysql_logger_root_password}

    zmlogswatchctl start

    My problem was very simple. Zimbra crontab was empty. I don't know how I've lost it. It was not upgrade issue, because last time logger mysql tables were updated on May 16-th, - 5.0.6 was not released at that time. May be it was during manual migration from one virtual environment to another.

    I had a backup of it, but if you do not have, you can concatenate files in /opt/zimbra/zimbramon/crontabs/ directory. Then everything started working, zimbra status in just 2 minutes, graphs generating - later, - see the crontabs contents.

    Ok well I did what you asked and waited 48 hours for graphs and still no go

    I have my Disk/Spam graphs though but I did before I did the reinitialize.
