Resources use up licenses?
Just like the title says, why do resources use up licenses? Does anyone know?
It makes no sense to me as they aren't users, and realistically aren't accounts that are actually being used, they're just used for planning. Before we upgraded to the latest version of Zimbra they never used licenses and now they do. It's a big pain when you want to create resources for various things like projectors or rooms, so that people can see in the calendar if they are being used or could be availible for use, but each seperate resource takes up another license.
If anyone knows why this is, I'd love to know why. I can't think of a good reason and am confused why they would need a license. :confused:
