just to confirm what klug said!

yesterday i updated from 5.04 to 5.016 and everything went smoothly
i had to do ./install.sh twice:
    - the first run mysql stopped after the database integrity checks, correcting left-over errors - the second run went straight to the successful end, SAYING TO HAVE RENEWED ssl-certificate )
all looked fine the whole day

this morning no web-access, and the symptoms described in this thread.

recreating the certificate ( see below ) solved the problem

    from:
Administration Console and CLI Certificate Tools - Zimbra :: Wiki
    Single-Node Self-Signed Certificate

    1. Begin by generating a new Certificate Authority (CA).
    zmcertmgr createca -new
    2. Then generate a certificate signed by the CA that expires in 365 days.
    zmcertmgr createcrt -new -days 365
    3. Next deploy the certificate.
    zmcertmgr deploycrt self
    4. To finish, verify the certificate was deployed to all the services.
    zmcertmgr viewdeployedcrt

    I face the problem -
    Starting ldap...
Unable to determine enabled services from ldap.
Enabled services read from cache. Service list may be inaccurate.

    update the /etc/hosts -
127.0.0.1 localhost.localdomain localhost Domain Names, Web Hosting, VPS Hosting,*and SSL Certificates - MyDomain
    then it started smooth

That format appears to be incorrect, you should check the Quick Start Installation Guide (or search the forums) for the required format of the hosts file. If all you have in the hosts file is the information you've posted you will have problems with your Zimbra installation.

Default Unable to determine enabled services from ldap. Enabled services read from cache. Ser

This might be a problem with zimbra/ postfix Certificate.

The following commands from CLI will renew your certificate or create new certificate.

    Single-Node Self-Signed Certificate

    1. Begin by generating a new Certificate Authority (CA).

    zmcertmgr createca -new

    2. Then generate a certificate signed by the CA that expires in 365 days.

    zmcertmgr createcrt -new -days 365

    3. Next deploy the certificate.

    zmcertmgr deploycrt self

    4. Next deploy the CA.

    zmcertmgr deployca

    5. To finish, verify the certificate was deployed to all the services.

    zmcertmgr viewdeployedcrt

It might be the certificate but the format of the host file is incorrect and is the usual cause of this problem. As the o/p hasn't replied in over a year I guess we'll never know what the problem was.

One and a half year back in time I documented the solution for myself and others. Maybe it helps you:

Enabled services read from cache. Service list may be inaccurate.

Everything shows as running but I can not access email through the web client. I also can't access the administrator console through web interface.

Any Ideas on how to fix the LDAP error?

    Hello,
Try the following steps as root:
    1) Stop the zimbra service:
    su - zimbra -c "/opt/zimbra/bin/zmcontrol stop"
    2) Delete the contents of the redolog directory:
    rm -rf /opt/zimbra/redolog/*
3)Fix zimbra permissions using the following command:
    /opt/zimbra/libexec/zmfixperms -verbose -extended
    4)Start the zimbra service again:
    su - zimbra -c "/opt/zimbra/bin/zmcontrol start"

It should resolve the logger problem.

Default Sam problem, LDAP Unable to determined service

I've got the same problem today, and i've done all your advice, and still get the same error message :

    Starting ldap...Done.
Unable to determine enabled services from ldap.
Enabled services read from cache. Service list may be inaccurate.
    Starting mailbox...Done.
    Starting memcached...Done.
    Starting imapproxy...Done.
    Starting antispam...Done.
    Starting antivirus...Done.
    Starting spell...Done.

Before this happened, i've just adding a new domain, and works like a charm, but suddenly this trouble appears..

    Still looking for a solution..

The information you've provided doesn't give us any idea what the problem may be. You need to look in the log files for the exact error that you're experiencing - saying 'it doesn't work' doesn't help us much. There are also several solutions mentioned in this thread, what have you tried to solve the problem - you need to give more details on what the problem is and what steps you've taken to resolve it.
    Regards
