Default [SOLVED] Mail not being delivered to Zimbra server

Just recently after a kernel update, our Zimbra server stopped receiving mail.

Anyone who sends a mail to the server immediately gets this reply:

    Code:
This message was created automatically by mail delivery software.

A message that you sent could not be delivered to one or more of its
recipients. This is a permanent error. The following address(es) failed:

      user@domain.com
SMTP error from remote mail server after RCPT TO:<user@domain.com>:
        host mail.domain.com [41.204.xxx.xxx]: 550 5.1.1 <user@domain.com>... User unknown
When I run zmcontrol status from the console, I get

    Code:
    [root@mail zimbra]# su zimbra
    [zimbra@mail ~]$ zmcontrol stop
    Host mail.domain.com
            Stopping stats...Done

            stats Running
Currently running Zimbra 4.5.10 on CentOS 5.1 64Bit.

Where I start looking for what's causing postfix to malfunction?

Have a look in the log files and see what errors you're getting.

There are lots of these errors in /var/log/zimbra.log

    Code:
mail postfix/postqueue[844]: fatal: Queue report unavailable - mail system is down

Okay, found the problem in /var/log/zimbra.log.

    Code:
May 15 19:20:11 mail postfix/master[29858]: fatal: bind 0.0.0.0 port 25: Address already in use
The default sytem sendmail was set to start automatically. I have disabled it and now everything is back to normal.

    Thanks for your help, phoenix.
