Okay - I've done my due diligence in searching this one out and can't find a good guide for setting up the Zimbra Proxy on ZCS 5.0.
Here's what I'm trying to do:
I right now have 3 Zimbra servers, soon to have as many as 8, which I'll be using both on http/s and IMAP. These are going to be machines covering geographical regions, split so I can have them each administered separately, also split for load considerations.
I have
usa-east.server.com
usa-west.server.com
asia.server.com
Ideally, I don't want to have 3 separate IPs that these come in on, so would like to be able to do some sort of name-based IMAP proxy that could then proxy domain requests back to the correct Zimbra server.
Actually, username-based proxying would work fine too -- I just need to know how to configure it.
I found this doc on the Zimbra proxy setup, but couldn't find one other thing that gave me a guide of what to do.
I need a doc to point me in the right direction. Any ideas?
