    Default bypass zimbra JUNK folder

    We have a zimbra 5.04 NE test server with SPAM feature disabled via the "services" tab on the server/configuration section of zimbra admin console .We are using another spamassain based anti-spam gateway sitting on front of the zimbra server. The anti-spam gateway relays mail to the zimbra server

    If we release false-positives from the spam gateway which are in turn delivered to the zimbra server they go straight into the zimbra junk folder, I assume because they are flagged as SPAM in the email headers.

    Is there way to tell zimbra tro ignore the SPAM headers or is there some other reason the mails are going straight into junk folder.
    Thanks,

    When I say false-positives I mean the mail was marked as spam by the gateway and then in the digest mail I can choose to whitelist the mail sender or deliver this instance of the mail. Either way the spam headers stay in the mail header.

    extract of header shows the following;

    X-Spam-Flag: YES
    X-Spam-Score: 5.1
    X-Spam-Level: *****
    X-Spam-Status: Yes, score=5.1 tag=-999 tag2=5 kill=5 tests=[BOTNET=3.5,
    HTML_MESSAGE=0.001, RDNS_NONE=0.1, WEIRD_PORT=1.499]

    When you switched off AS did you restart the services ? It looks as though amavis is still tagging them.
