Question SSL Certificate Installation Problem

Hi there

We're just evaluating Zimbra for furture use in our company and for our customers. Wenn trying to install a valid certificate we're completely stuck. We do the following:

a) Create CSR through Web Admin Portal
b) Sign it @ Thawte
c) Trying to install it through the web admin (by using a thawte root certificate as daddition).

We now always get the same error:

Your certificate couldn't be installed: system failure: XXXXX ERROR: Unmatching certificate (/opt/zimbra/mailboxd/webapps/zimbraAdmin/tmp/current.crt) and private key (/opt/zimbra/ssl/zimbra/commercial/commercial.key) pair.

Can anyone help?

sounds like you had a valid cert, then tried to reinstall the same cert on a different/reconfigured server. easy to fix if i'm on the right track
