[SOLVED] Recovering Single Users Mailbox

I have accidentiall deleted all the email out of a users mailbox, i have the raw msg files from the last backup, dose anyone know how to get them to appear in the users inbox again@? Many thanks

you can use zmlmtpinject if you have the raw messages
i always use zmrestore to restore to a different account and then imapsync to copy the files over

Hi there, Thanks for your reply, I did a little more searching and managed to find a really helpful thread. I used zmmailbox -a
then selectmailbox *user*
then addmessage /inbox *pathtobackuop*

this seamed to do the job for me
