Default Chat text showing up with HTML-encoded characters

We are testing Zimbra Chat and have found that special characters such as quotes are appearing as HTML-style character encodings (like &quot and &#39) in the recipient's chat window. I haven't seen any bugs on this and it seems like a pretty obvious problem, so I'm wondering if we have something misconfigured on our system. Anyone seen this before? Thanks,

I have the same issue, actually. I just flipped on the chat this morning, and noted the &#39 and such...

I have found this to be a problem in 5.06 GA as well.
