I'm currently migrating our meeting rooms from ScheduALL (some of you may know it) over to our Zimbra calendar system.
So far I can't see an easy way for people to see what meeting rooms/car park spaces are in use and by who...
A way round it is for me to share that resource's calendar (and thus availability) but i want to do this so the entire company can see what is in use. Unless I create a distro list with all the users in it, I can't see another way - and I don't want to send a share acceptance email to all 900 users for each of the 20 or so resources!!
