Resource Availability / Calendar Sharing for ALL

Hi,

I'm currently migrating our meeting rooms from ScheduALL (some of you may know it) over to our Zimbra calendar system.

So far I can't see an easy way for people to see what meeting rooms/car park spaces are in use and by who...

A way round it is for me to share that resource's calendar (and thus availability) but i want to do this so the entire company can see what is in use. Unless I create a distro list with all the users in it, I can't see another way - and I don't want to send a share acceptance email to all 900 users for each of the 20 or so resources!!

Any ideas?

thanks for getting back to me so quickly...

For the step I need to do it suggests creating a distro list with all users in it, then maintaing that distro list...

I was hoping there would be a "share with all" option, but there isn't...

p.s - it does supprise me though that there is no easy way to check a resource's availability without trying to schedule a meeting which envolves that resource.
