Something like public folders?

Hi,

I am newbie to zimbra, however we are evaluating to migrate from Exchange, however we have about 3000 Public folders, and my question is what would be the best to setup something similar in Zimbra, so that we can store mails in folders, so that everybody can access them?

One scenario I found is that we could setup one account and share that with everybody to access the folders, however that looks only partly optimal.

So any suggestions on how to build this would be highly appreciated...

Creating a "company" user and sharing is how we do it here, seems OK
