    Post how to prompt to change the password

    Hi,

    i had setup, zcs 4.5.10 in my office and the client are using microsoft outlook
    I had set 50 accounts in the server with the comman password.

    Now user at client side want to change the password, and the password
    must not be know to me also, how can he do it or is there any setting on the server to do it.

    To force the user to change their password on next login:
    su - zimbra
    zmprov ma user@domain.com zimbraPasswordMustChange TRUE

    You can also change this in the admin console gui > account > general information > password section:

    Hi,

    Thanks for suggestion,

    Sir, That i have done But when the client are using mIcrosoft outlook,
    they didn't get any prompt to change the password. By doing so, they are not able to login with orginal password.

    I guess initially they will need to connect via the web interface and change it. Once done they should be able to update their Outlook settings and all will be good.
