Restricting distribution lists

Is there an easy way to restrict a distribution list from receiving external email? I have several internal only distribution lists that have somehow gotten onto some spammers lists. I would like to prevent these lists from receiving ANY emails from outside my organization.

I tried clearing the "can receive email" checkbox - but that cuts the list off from ALL email, internal and external.
