Is Tiered admin possible

I have a number of school admins I want to give admin privs to my zimbra server, but would like to find a way they only have access to accounts from their school. Is this possible, or soon to be coming?

Delegated admin is a NE feature. Compare ZCS Editions
A domain administrator can create and maintain accounts, aliases, distribution lists, and calendar resources in a specific domain (they can't currently "view mail" either).
For FOSS you might set up a SOAP portal, command limited console to run only certain zmprov commands, or a zimlet to hide functionality in the admin console.

Bug 5254 - Domain Admin can own multiple domains
Bug 5253 - Domain Admin should be able create sub-domains of the domain of which he is owner
Bug 13183 - view mail, domain mail queue, and virus update info for domain admins
(Might seem like a contradiction to Bug 11374 - View Mail: should be possible to disable this for some/all admins but that's handled in Bug 11515 - role based delegate administration)

The schools will want to stay with the no cost solution. None of them will want to run anything from the command line. I was hoping to restrict them to their own student email accounts, or set up sub-domains on the server, so that each school only had rights to their domain.

I noticed that on the 5.5 roadmap, delegated admin was listed as a feature. Is this meant to be something that will trickle down to the OSE version, or is this an NE version only?
