I edited /var/log/20_vbounce.cf and added this line:

score ANY_BOUNCE_MESSAGE 4

I'm assuming this should now show in the message headers? I'm really confused as to confirming whether VBounce is working or not.

Obviously put your own server name in there, this won't survive any upgrade and you'll have to redo the change.

That's only required if you use a mail relay, check the documentation I've posted in the link for details.
