    Default 24hr Instead Of AM/PM

    I've had a user ask if they can have a 24hr clock instead of AM/PM. I don't think this can be done per user and there isn't anything obvious in the I18n files but I was wondering what formatDateTime = {0} {1} is doing?

    Take a look at the french translated files, they have 24H.

    Had a look but found it a bit difficult to see exactly what was controlling the format. In I18nMsg_en_GB.properties I changed

    formatTimeFull = H:mm:ss z
    formatTimeLong = H:mm:ss z
    formatTimeMedium = H:mm:ss
    formatTimeShort = H:mm

    To

    formatTimeFull = h:mm:ss a z
    formatTimeLong = h:mm:ss a z
    formatTimeMedium = h:mm:ss a
    formatTimeShort = h:mm a

    as in the French file but it made no difference. Got no idea what the lower case "a" or "h" actually do.
