Smile user auth OK, but can not send mail . by mail cleint

Hi, all .

one of the mail user in my mail system can not send mail bu mail cleint . I check up the log , I found that the user have authenticated successful, but can not send mail .

here is the logs :

What mail client is being used ? It would appear that it did not send any information after the DATA request.

Also, http://www.zimbra.com/forums/announc...r-profile.html please so we know which ZCS version you are running

The mail client is MS outlook 2003 .

The mail client work well for a long time for this user.
The problem appeard from today.

my zimbra version is 5.0.2_GA_1975.RHEL4_20080130212006 RHEL4 FOSS edition .

Is this just happening to one user ? Has anything changed on the users PC, say with respect to any MS patches or client firewall settings ? Seems odd all has been working fine then just stops

This problem happening only to tow users ( I get it from logs).
Both of the tow users use MS outlook 2003 as mail client.

I did not know whether the user have changed setting of PC or the mail client.
I think I will follow this .
