Default User Filters don't work at all !!

I am new in Zimbra and i sucessfully installed everything and started to use zimbra mail server version 5.X.X , spam filter and anti-virus are working fine (i know that from checking message headers !), my only problem here is that user filters not working at all even in the simplest filters ever , please i need help because i needed filters to direct messages which marked as spam into junk folder (since these spam messages don't directed automatically into junk folder!)
    thanks

The filters work fine, you might want to post some details about what you're trying to do and why you don't think they work.

Anything marked as potential spam (and above the current Tag percentage) goes directly into the Junk folder, you need to describe the problem in more detail so we can help you diagnose it. You shouldn't need filters to achieve this. To start with, are all the services show as running if you do a 'zmcontrol status'? What is the current settings for your tag/kill percentages?

First of all thanks for immediate replay,
yes All of services have status running when i run zmcontrol status , My current settings for tag/kill percentages 66/25 ..
I knew from readings that i need to train spam/ham accounts with at least 200 mails, I already done that step, i thought that after that spam mails will go directly into junk folder (without hitting JUNK button ) which didn't happen yet, so i started to work around .. like run zmtrainsa from shell , also nothing happened and i still have the same mails which i marked as spam earlier inside the Junk folder and no more ! so i thought to do user filters to move mails from Inbox to Junk folder which have the header "X-Spam-Flag: YES" or header "X-Spam-Level: ******" , i made these filters from Web UI and it didn't work and i made these filters from command shell ( using zmmailbox and then afrl filter_name header "X-Spam-Flag" is "YES" fileinto "Junk" and then nothing happened also , i changed the option "is" to "contain" and made all various possibilities and nothing worked out , so i decided to do the simplest filters ever , is just to filter my personal mail address to Junk folder ( afrl filter_name header "From" is "my_mail_account" fileinto "Junk" and also this didn't work even after i changed "is" to "contains" and "Junk" to "/Junk"
i hope to find solution either ways
    thanks

You don't need to train the ham/spam filters with 200 messages, the system trains itself. Does this problem with spam in the Inbox happen for all users or just some? Could you post all the headers for one of the messages that ends up in the Inbox of a user (please make sure you've removed all the filters from this mailbox)?
    Regards

That doesn't even look like it's been through a Zimbra server. How is this email getting into your system? From the fact you say the filters don't work I'm assuming that you are fetching them form an external account, would that be correct?

What does your Zimbra logs show about this message when it arrives?
    Regards
