Default Viewing Mail and Calendar In Tabs

We have users that insist on having an open tab for email and calendar at the same time. Sometimes they get a blank calendar and have to hit the browser refresh button to get the calendar back in the tab. I've seen a post about blank calendars but they don't seem to be doing the multiple tabs.

Should users have two sessions open at the same time to do this or is there a better way? I've tried to get them to use the minical but they prefer to have the whole calendar open.

By "open tab for email and calendar" are you referring to the BROWSER tabs and not the tabs that are within Zimbra? If so, you are correct that the post you linked we are not using browser tabs. Sorry that I don't have any helpful information, but maybe clarification about the tabs you are referring to will help someone help you troubleshoot the issue.

Yes I meant browser tabs(Firefox). Sorry for the confusion.
