System failure: exception during auth {RemoteManager: : 22

Hello eveybody, i´m new in this forum and zimbra administator . I hope somebody help me. Since two months ago my mail server is in rbl`s list, and i decided to migrate sendmail to zimbra. Now i have many questions.

1.- I need to configurate mail relay, i dont want to get send spam.
2.- I´ve a firewall to maintain a "default drop" stance, and i can´t loggin to my administrator console. I put it on rules accept for zimbra´s ports.
3.- When i want to configurate my server from the console, i get the next message:

Are you asking how to relay all your email through your upstream ISP ?

What ports have you opened on your firewall ? Are they as documented here ? Firewall Configuration - Zimbra :: Wiki

You´re right, but I don´t know how. I don’t like anyone to take spam of me. And I´ve a question, is zimbra functioning as an open relay??, if the answer is "yes", how can i´m sure zimbra is not open ralay??

I'm not sure at all but I´ve opened all ports on my firewall. I took the ports from "Firewall Configuration - Zimbra".May be, Im going to maintain a "default accept" stance.

What was the reason you were given for being in an rbl before? (I gather your sendmail setup got turned into an open relay.)

-Zimbra is not an open relay by default, here's some tests: Mail relay testing & Anonymous Relay Test

How to have your mail go out through your ISP's relay servers?
-See your admin console gui > server or global > MTA tab. You may also need Outgoing SMTP Authentication - Zimbra :: Wiki

Want to enable a machine of yours to do mail submission/relaying from a remote networks?
