Strange mailbox size

We have several accounts running smoothly. One of our users has 50 Mb of quota and generally using POP3 to read her emails. For the last two months even there're no such messages webmail interface shows more than used quota as used. For example today webmail shows %60 of quota used with 51 messages with a size of 30.2 Mbs. We checked each and every folder, only 4 mbyte of messages can be found.

I try zmmailbox and looked for the user. Also the command line show that there are 51 messages with the same size. I tried reindexing the account and nothing has changed.

Any idea about that situation?

You say "generally using POP3 to read her emails", does that mean that the user also uses IMAP?

Well that means sometimes she uses web mail while she is out of office.

That would be my next suggestion, the suspicion is that they have used an IMAP client at some time.

OK i'll try the thunderbird solution. If they use imap client at the same time shouldn't i see the same inbox and folder within the webmail folder? Or there may be other complications raised from using both protocols?
