[SOLVED] Failed 4.5.11 to 5.0.4 GoDaddy Commercial Certificate Upgrade

I agreed to post the solution here once we had it...

The solution for us was seven steps:

1. Zimbra support extracted our private key for us (commercial.key); the Java tool referenced in various forum posts would not run on our installation.
2. Clear the contents of the /opt/zimbra/ssl/zimbra/commercial directory except for the commercial.key
3. Create a cert directory /root/certs
4. Save the GoDaddy-supplied viognier.reliablenetworks.com.crt as commercial.crt and place it in the /root/certs directory
5. Execute these two commands to deploy the cert:
6. cd /root/certs
7. /opt/zimbra/bin/zmcertmgr deploycrt comm commercial.crt commercial_ca.crt
