| | [SOLVED] Cant login to Admin Console Hi,
I just completed a fresh install of the Open Source edition of Zimbra 5.0.4 GA on a CentOS 5 machine. I can log into the webmail fine with the admin username/password. I can't access the admin console though, I've tried https://servername:7071/zimbraAdmin and https://servername:7071. If I run zmlocalconfig, it says the admin service port is 7071, and https. I have the firewall turned off on the server at the moment. Has the default address for the admin console changed? Any ideas? Any help would be great, thanks. |

| | Did you also disable SElinux on the Zimbra server? There's been no change to the port address for the Admin UI. Can you telnet to port 7071 from another machine and on the Zimbra server and do you get any response? Are all the services running? What does - zmcontrol status show?

| | Yes I was able to telnet to that port. SElinux is disabled, zmcontrol status shows everything is running. When I try to login via firefox or IE , I just get a page cannot be displayed error. I can log into the webmail fine, weird. |

A 'page cannot be displayed' usually means something isn't running? Can you try a login to the admin UI on the server itself? Have you also tried clearing the browser cache?

| | I forgot to add that if you're still on 5.0.0_RC1 you really should upgrade to the latest 5.0.4 GA release.

| | This install is 5.0.4. GA. I just purchased a dedicated server from godaddy, so I can't log on locally, have been trying from external login. I did a fresh install twice, and had the same issue each time. I can log into the webmail via https or http. I also tried to login from both IE and firefox, to make sure it wasn't a browser issue. |

Can you send me the server details and I'll see if I can get the login page from here?

| | Ok, just reinstalled for the third time, after reloading the server. Works this time, I'm not sure exactly what changed, as I used the same settings, but it's working.
