Integrated the Active Directory in order to correct the zimbra, everything worked perfectly. But when I try to create a local account (not in my basis of AD), not, I will sign on the dashboard and reports as a user and password invalidate, which may be happening?

Try:
zmprov md domain.com zimbraAuthFallbackToLocal TRUE

(Admin accounts in the most recent versions automatically have fallback auth 'set' incase your external AD auth is unavailable or configured improperly.)
