Domain Admin: View Mail?

Hi,

Is there a way to grant a domain admin for the @example.tld domain rights to access all mail in @example.tld? The global admin has such a button, and I assumed (wrongly) that the domain admin could do this as well. Is there such a way? (Using NE 5.0.2 btw).

It is currently targeted (the Target Milestone) for the next major release. You should vote on any bugs (or RFEs) that are important to you and as you're an NE customer, raise a support case and ask for it to be attached to the bug report. You can also keep an eye on product releases via the Product Portal

While at it you might also support ticket tag / vote for Bug 11515 - role based delegate administration which is the general 'catch all RFE' for different admin permissions/levels.
