Question a special request in recipient

My server domain is: domain.com
My email is: ΧXX@domain.com

Our request as below:
In recipient and cc and bcc email address, must include at least 1 email address: XXX@domain.com

for example:

Recipient: 1@ibm.com;2@hp.com;3@dell.com;4@acer...X@domai n.com

You problem description isn't really too clear. Please describe the problem in detail and give some errors messages from the logs so we know exactly what's going wrong.

I still don't understand what you're trying to achieve. Are these emails going in or out? Please describe what you want to do.

I'm sorry, my english is very pool. these emails going out. We want to limit the rcpt/cc/bcc address.

For example:
this email going will be denied.
recipients:xxx@otherdomain.com;xxx@other.com

this email going will be allowed.
recipients:xxx@otherdomain.com;xxx@other.com;xxx@mydomain.com

The point:
At least include one xxx@mydomain.com email address in recipients.
