setting default signature for all outgoing mail

hello

is this feature possible in the OpenSource Edition ?
I want to set a signature on all outgoing mail (ex: join us on mydomain.com) and would like it not to be overriden per user. They could still have a signature but mine will come below their one.

Sounds like maybe what you want is the email footer. There is an article on the wiki on how to do this
