Default Zimbra file permissions

Could someone tell me if my zimbra file permissions are correct or point me to a document that tells what they should be. If I cd to my zimbra directory (under OS X, /opt/zimbra) and execute the command (as the zimbra user)

zimbra$ ls -lR * | grep denied
I get the following list of files/directories that zimbra can't access. Is this correct?

ls: dspam: Permission denied
ls: active: Permission denied
ls: bounce: Permission denied
ls: corrupt: Permission denied
ls: defer: Permission denied
ls: deferred: Permission denied
ls: flush: Permission denied
ls: hold: Permission denied
ls: incoming: Permission denied
ls: maildrop: Permission denied
ls: private: Permission denied
ls: public: Permission denied
ls: saved: Permission denied
ls: trace: Permission denied

Thanks.

Pat.

Some of the directories in /opt/zimbra are owned by root.

You seem to have added two further posts in the forums (which I've just deleted) with the same content, any particular reason for that?

If you are worried about the correct permissions then run /opt/zimbra/libexec/zmfixperms as the root user while the zimbra services are stopped. (Not sure if that is actually required but it is probably a good idea...)
