Default need to set zimbra to send mail out directly to web, no ISP relaying

hello,
I need to make zimbra send out email directly to internet, I don't want it to relay through ISP. (ATT started making users add their email addresses to the yahoo address book).
We have DNS MX records all setup correctly. I tried going to the zimbra admin page and taking out the outgoing relay server but it won't remove it! I also had to do the wiki mod where I had to put our yahoo email and password to a relay_password file.
Why won't zimbra clear the outgoing relay server?

Thanks,
Oskar
