PST Import?

Hi .... this was a long time ago ... if I remember correctly I had to go through the trash and find all the contacts I deleted and delete them from trash as well . ( Or if you are allowed just delete the whole trash ) . Then everything worked .

clarification : I found out that empty contacts were causing the problem so I found the empty contacts and deleted them ... but I also had to delete them from the trash . Hope this helps .
