Question [SOLVED] Upgrade 5.02 -> 5.0.4 on Red Hat Cluster

    Hi all,
which is the right procedure to upgrade from 5.02 NE -> 5.04 NE?
we are running on ZCS on 4 servers.
2 red hat servers with mta and ldap-replica
1 redhat cluster (ha) active-passive whit ldap-master, zimbra store, etc...

    Thanks in advance
    Ciao

You'll find all the details for upgrading a Cluster on the Support Portal Documentation page.

I read the documention but this is relative to 4.5 -> 5.0.* upgrade.
    It's a really heavy procedure !!!
    I'll hope that upgrade from 5.0.2 -> 5.0.4 it's more simple.....

It is, I meant to point you to the Release Notes not that documentation. The release notes are also on the Support Portal, check P13.

    ok, read Release note...

So the right procedure shold be:
    1) stop zimbra on all node, zmcontrol stop on MTA server and clusvcadm -d <clusterservicename.com> on redhat cluster active node
    2) mount manually the san partition on active node
    3) lauch install.sh (on active node), when Do you wish to upgrade? [Y] is displayed, press Enter to continue.
    The upgrade packages are unpacked.
    4) on standby node lauche install.sh, when Do you wish to upgrade? [Y] is displayed, press Enter to continue.
    The upgrade packages are unpacked.

and repeat upgrade step on each MTA server's.
After complete update re-enable service on cluster and start zimbra on MTA's server

    That's right?

    No, not yet.

However, the bug about about the missing documentation is now resolved, we'll have a full and correct documentation in 5.0.6.

The documentation has not been posted yet...
    And the bug is private.

Could a Zimbroïd give us some updates ?

    Edit a bit later
I found it in the additional docs (followed the link in the release notes).
It's not yet in the support portal.
