okay so lets see what you have got then run the following :-

Code:
cat /var/spool/mail/zimbra
and see what mail it actually is. and with respect to the stats are your cronjobs in place ? :-

Code:
su - zimbra
crontab -l
How did you backup/restore Zimbra ?

OLD SERVER - A
OS : CENTOS 5.0
ZCS: Release 5.0.0_GA_1869.RHEL5_20071218205219 CentOS5 FOSS edition
1. zmcontrol stop
2. Kill all process
3. tar -cvf correo2.tar /opt/zimbra
4. send to other server by ftp this file

NEW SERVER - B
1. install OS with same settings of my old server (A)
2. IP, hostname and firewall/selinux and others parameters similar to A
3. Install ZCS dummy. ./install -s
4. rename /opt folder with /opt2
5. Unpack correo2.tar
6. rename correo2 to opt
7. start zcs
PD. I havent ./install and upgrade [yes] in this server with my new /opt/zimbra because in my others tests I had some problems, the package core zcs abort the installation.

And In my new server I had some problems, when exec crontab - l . the file there isn't. but with your last suggest I located this file, but my problems still there.

It appears that your tar file is not complete, or something wrong with Server A as the mail shows you that /opt/zimbra/libexec/zmstatuslog is missing from your installation. What files do you have under /opt/zimbra/libexec on Server B.
