how to requeue mails for particular domain from zimbra command line

Hello Guys,

We are successfully running zimbra NW Edition-4.5.10 on our network.
But some time's my mail server might be stopped because of ldap replication from master ldap . I planned to run autoscript for zimbra service starting and
requeue mail's for particular domain from commandline.

Any one can help me for this ...

Mail should automatically be requeued when the server is bac up.
