Hello. I have done a lot of searching of the forums and the documentation, but I have not found exactly what I am looking for as a complete solution. This seems like it should be easy and intuitive, but it doesn't appear to be. Basically, we have several users that utilize Outlook w/ the ZCO and also the webmail. We use a single account to share out all of the company's shared cals. I log in as this calendar user and create a shared calendar. I share the calendar with the users. How do I get the calendar to appear for them in both webmail and Outlook without manual intervention?
I know you can use the zmmailbox command to mount the shared cal as a folder in their webmail. What about Outlook? Is there an automatic way to have the calendar to appear that doesn't involve the whole File --> Open --> Other User's Mailbox sequence for each user? Also, this does not play well when the new shared calendar is from the same account they already have a calendar open from. The user gets "This mailbox is already mounted in the profile." You have to manually remove the mailbox from the Mail section and then rerun the command. This seems like basic functionality for a system designed to allow the user to move between Outlook and webmail easily. Users should be able to see the same calendars in both places easily. Thanks much.
