Default Zimbra Help problem in Firefox

Our users have reported (and I have verified) odd behavior of the Contents panel in the Zimbra Help system (both User Help and Admin Help) when viewed in Firefox.

Behavior is slightly different across OS platforms (Windows, Mac, and Linux)

Behavior is normal in Safari and Internet Explorer.

On Firefox 1.5 and 2.0 on Linux, the Help system incorrectly renders the left pane (Contents, Index and Search) in a small box at the top of the left frame, instead of full-size in the frame.

On Firefox 2.0 on Mac and Windows, the left pane/frame of the help system is rendered properly.

In all cases, none of the sections of the Contents list are clickable until the user clicks on the first section, "Getting Started". After that, the Contents list works as expected.

We have reproduced this on several different systems:
  • Windows XP and Firefox 2.0.x (multiple systems)
  • Linux (CentOS 4 and CentOS 5, Firefox 1.5.x and 2.0.x)
  • Mac OS X 10.5.2 and Firefox 2.0.x

Anyone else seeing this? Go to:

http(s)://zimbraserver.domain.tld/zimbra/help/Zimbra_User_Help.htm

in Firefox and try to select something other than "Getting Started" in the Contents list.

The Index and Search sections seem to work fine, but again, on Linux, they only render a small box in the top of the left frame.

Thanks,

Gregory
