Not sending email after moving server

Hi,

I'm currently having an issue with Zimbra, so any help is appreciated. I set Zimbra up on a test machine to where it sent email flawlessly to outside accounts. After testing I went to move it to our Data Center and had to change the IP of the machine. Now it is not sending emails, it's giving me the message "Message not sent; one or more addresses were rejected. Rejected addresses: myaccount@gmail.com"

When I first encountered this message, I corrected it by using Split-DNS. Is there something else I need to change after moving the server?

What I've done:
Changed the machine's IP and gateway and changed HOST file.
Changed DNS entry on our internal DNS server to point to the new IP.
Changed the IP in mydomain.com.zone.

Running:
Version 5.0.2
RHEL5
BIND 9.3.3 w/chroot

Hi,

if you have changed the IP/network of the server then the Postfix configuration for MyNetworks is probably incorrect.

Wiki is your friend ZimbraMtaMyNetworks - Zimbra :: Wiki

If this does not work we can just run through your DNS setup to ensure all is good.

I changed the MTA trusted networks, now I don't get the error. I get the green "Message Sent" box. But the email doesn't get delivered to any outside mailboxes.

The network I was on was 192.168.0.0 I moved the email server to 192.168.20.0. So the email server was 192.168.0.16 and got changed to 192.168.20.16.

The MTA trusted networks were 127.0.0.0/8 192.168.0.0/24 which I just changed to 127.0.0.0/8 192.168.20.0/24. Does this look correct?

Postfix has accepted your email so please check your maillog and zimbra logfiles to see if any other errors are being produced. Also see if they have been deferred :-

su - zimbra
postqueue -p
