Solved it. I was looking for the ham account to find deleted spam.

The ham account does not contain deleted spam. What is it you're trying to do?

Spam that is considered 75%. Where does it go? Is there a way to retrive it from somewhere deep in the system?

If the 75% is your kill percentage then when email gets that score it is removed from the server i.e. it's permanently deleted.
