One of the user on my Zimbra system got only 1 email in the draft folder but the draft folder is displaying (12) email. Is there anyway I could fix this?

Do they use a thick-client of any sort? (Is it set to 'mark as deleted' instead of 'move to trash' or 'delete immediately'?)
EDIT:
Connect with an IMAP client like Thunderbird > tools > account settings > server settings:
-move to trash (and let the ZCS server take care of emptying trash or set a policy)
or even:
-compact/expunge/empty trash on exit

Pic attached - I'm thinking it's just draft emails they created in another client that didn't get purged properly.
