Default Enable HTTP compression in tomcat/apache?

    Hello,

We are having many people accessing their emails outside of the office, therefore using our uplink to the internet - and as we are trying to save it, could it be a good idea to try to activate gzip compression in tomcat? How worse can the performance get? Would our Zimbra still be supported if I dig into tomcat configuration?

    Default

Well, We don't use tomcat any more

All options (for jetty) are in /opt/zimbra/jetty/etc

Take a gander around there. I think you'll find what you're looking for.
